 Transwede was re-established in 2004 as a sister company to Malmö Aviation AB. The holding
 company is Braganza Sweden AB, owned by Mr. Per G. Braathen. The company was refounded
 as a ACMI operator with one aircraft. The AOC was received in May 2005. After many successful 
 charter operations the business focus turned to ACMI operations with London City Airport as
 core of operations.

 Transwede is one of 6 subsidiaries in the newly formed Braathens Aviation Group.

 The annual turnover has grown from 18 MSEK in 2005 to an estimated 200 MSEK in 2008
